Checkin & Checkout
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 00:00 with a valid ID or passport. A credit card or payment for incidentals may be required. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-out is until 10:00, with late check-out available for an additional charge. Rooms will be inspected, and all belongings must be removed upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. If you book on a non-refundable basis, you can enjoy a 10% discount. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the stay. For changes or cancellations, please contact us directly.
House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common areas. Quiet hours must be observed, and we kindly ask all guests to respect others and staff. Pets are not allowed. Any property damages will be charged. Parties or events are prohibited without prior approval. Please dispose of trash in designated bins. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Parking is available for 20 AUD per day.
